Daysi joined Paul A. Garcia, P.A. as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Support Department in 2008. Daysi has experience in marital dissolutions, corporate investigations, due diligence engagements, and other civil litigation matters.
As the firm’s lead Associate in Litigation Support, Daysi’s responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing financial records; preparation of equitable distribution and child support calculation worksheets; and the preparation of exhibits for mediations, court hearings, and trials. Daysi also assists the Accounting Department in servicing corporate and individual clients.
